New Range of Dr. Comfort Shoes have Arrived

If you’re having trouble finding comfortable shoes and have bunions, claw or hammer toes or arthritis, the Dr Comfort range is worth a look. The company was founded in the United States in 2002 and has gone global, now entering the Australian market through podiatrists.

The shoes were designed by podiatrists and shoe manufacturers to cater for the hard to fit foot. They come in three width fittings and have extra depth in the toe area to accommodate toes. All shoes come with moulded insoles for insulation and comfort under foot. Extra fitting options are available with a simple insole.
All shoes are made from top grain leather and natural materials.

Due to the specialised nature of the shoes, a podiatrist is required to measure the foot and individually prescribe the shoe. The shoes are ordered in for you and arrive in a few days. Sample shoes are available at Buderim Podiatry to help selection and fitting. The customising of the shoes may mean you can claim them through your health insurance fund, conditions may apply.
