Advice of Fees for Podiatric Services

as at 1st February 2012

INITIAL CONSULTATION (Max) $75.00

BRIEF CONSULTATION(MINIMUM) $51.00

SUBSEQUENT CONSULTATION (Standard) $62.50

CONSULTATION AT HOME OR HOSPITAL $78.00

As of 1 April 2013 Buderim Podiatry will have a policy of using Easyclaim for Medicare referred patients on a 'Chronic Disease Plan' from their G.P.
This means payment of full consultation is expected on the day of consultation and then the Medicare rebate of $52.95 is claimed back from Medicare.


Fees vary with the complexity and time taken for a consultation.
Other Fees for insoles, orthoses etc.

Please note, payment is expected on receipt of services or devices. We have a HICAPS machine at the practice to facilitate making a health insurance claim at time of service.

Kindly notify, as early as possible, if you are unable to keep an appointment, as these appointments are precious.
